Litech is a sensor technology company based in Norway, working out of StartupLab. One of the country’s leading innovation hubs. We're on a mission to make waste facilities safer by giving them something they’ve never had before: real-time insight into hidden dangers in their waste streams.
Our technology is already being used to detect nitrous oxide (laughing gas) canisters.
Which is an increasingly common and hazardous material in general waste. We're now on our way to enabling reliable detection of lithium and lithium-ion batteries, with development progressing through close collaboration with industry partners.
