You can withdraw your consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that happened before you withdrew it.
Cookies, Google Analytics and the LinkedIn Insight Tag
We use two technologies on litech.ai that set cookies: Google Analytics and the LinkedIn Insight Tag. Neither runs unless you accept it in our cookie banner.
Google Analytics (statistics cookies)
Google Analytics shows us how visitors use our website, for example which pages are visited, how long a visit lasts and how visitors found us. We use this to improve the website. Google Analytics is provided by Google Ireland Limited.
LinkedIn Insight Tag (marketing cookies)
What it does: The Insight Tag places cookies in your browser that let LinkedIn recognise visits from LinkedIn members. This helps us:
see aggregated, anonymous statistics about our visitors, such as industry, job function and company size
measure whether our LinkedIn posts and ads lead to actions on our website, such as signing up for the waitlist
show relevant LinkedIn content to people who have visited our website
We cannot see who you are as an individual through the Insight Tag. LinkedIn only shares aggregated reports with us.
Legal basis: Your consent, in line with the Norwegian Electronic Communications Act and GDPR (Art. 6(1)(a)).
Your choice: You can accept or reject marketing cookies in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time through [the cookie settings link in our footer]. If you reject, Google Analytics and the Insight Tag do not load.
We also use strictly necessary cookies, for example to remember your cookie choice. These do not require consent.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We use a small number of service providers to run our website and send emails:

Our data processors may only use your data on our instructions. Some providers may transfer data outside the EU/EEA. When they do, they rely on safeguards approved under GDPR, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep your data
GEN2 waitlist and newsletter: Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data.
Contact enquiries: For as long as the conversation is relevant. When it is no longer relevant, we delete the enquiry.
Google Analytics: Up to 14 months after your last visit.
LinkedIn Insight Tag: LinkedIn stores this data according to its own cookie policy.
We review our stored data regularly and delete what we no longer need.
Your rights
You have the right to:
see what personal data we hold about you
correct data that is wrong
have your data deleted
restrict or object to how we use your data
receive your data in a portable format
withdraw your consent at any time
To use any of these rights, email us at contact@li-tech.no. We will respond within one month.
If you believe we handle your data incorrectly, you can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, Datatilsynet.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we use personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
